He has a broad background with lead roles in engineering, quality, business development and general management in companies varying from startups, turnarounds, and Fortune 100 corporations. Mr. Simonelli has served on committees developing industrial standards for the American Gear Manufacturers Association and the Hydraulics Institute. He is an author published in Gear Technology and Power Transmission Engineering. Mr. Simonelli is inventor on eight patents.

Mr. Libourel has 30 years of experience developing new products, including executive positions at Emerson. Mr. Libourel’s expertise areas include Portfolio Management, R&D, Product Engineering, Project Management, Testing & Failure Analysis, Value Engineering, and Process Re-engineering. Mr. Libourel graduated with a BSMET from the Metropolitan State University of Denver.
